When you first open the app you will first have to connect it to your Exact Online account. To do this click on the Connect to Exact Online button and log in to Exact with your user. After logging in it will ask you to select the divisions you want the Forex app to have access to.

After you've succesfully established the connection the Add new division button will appear. If you click on it a popup will open asking for the division, currency and start date of the sync. When you click Add the division will be added to the application and it will start syncing the chosen currencies to the Exact Online administration.

Each day between 6 PM and 9 PM the application will automatically fetch the currencies from the European Central Bank and load it into the linked administrations.
